There are many brush options out there, most packs including dozens of them. For a long time I felt overwhelmed by all the options, trying to fit them into my process. Then I realized that I do my best work when I narrow my toolset down to just several brushes. My process becomes more authentic and streamlined. The next step was figuring out the perfect brushes for that toolset.
